Draw Terms

Five businesses win a Business Brain, their business written down and wired in, which we sell for €2,995, built for free. No purchase necessary. Entry is free and takes about thirty seconds.

1. Who is running this

The promoter is Optimize Labs, operating from Australia. Questions about the draw go to hello@optimizelabs.ai.

2. Who can enter

• Registered businesses. Not individuals, not hobby projects.
• Trading for 12 months or more at the date of entry.
• Willing to complete a case study with real numbers if you win. This is a condition of the prize, not a nice to have.
• One entry per business. Duplicate entries are consolidated into one.
• Employees of the promoter, and their immediate families, cannot enter.

We may ask for proof that a business is registered and trading before confirming a prize. If we cannot verify it, we draw another winner.

3. How to enter

Complete the entry form on this site with your business name, email, website, and which of the four moments you would fix first. Every field is required. Entry closes at 23:59 CET on 30 September 2026, immediately before the draw is made.

4. The draw

Five winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries on 30 September 2026. The draw is supervised by someone independent of the selection, and the promoter's decision is final.

5. The prize

Each winner receives one Business Brain: your business written down properly, and the Context Layer, the live memory your AI tools read. Retail value €2,995. Delivered on our normal timeline, in days rather than weeks, scheduled by agreement during September and October 2026.

The prize is the Business Brain only. Applications, hosting, and the monthly subscription are not included. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred to another business.

Winning does not oblige you to buy anything afterwards. If the Business Brain tells us you should not build yet, we will say so, and that is the end of it with no cost to you.

6. Winners

Winners are notified by email within five working days of the draw, at the address given on the entry form. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, we draw a replacement.

Winners agree to take part in a written case study including real numbers, and to let us publish their business name. We agree the wording with you before anything is published, and we will not publish figures you ask us to withhold.

Winners also receive a founding rate on applications, locked for as long as the engagement runs continuously.

7. Everyone who enters

Every eligible entrant receives a free AI-visibility scan of their website, whether they win or not. It is sent to the email address on the entry form.

8. Your data

We use your entry to run the draw, send your scan, and understand what the market needs most. We do not sell it, share it, or train on it. Full detail is on the privacy page, and you can have it deleted at any time by emailing us, which also withdraws your entry.

9. General

• We may cancel or amend the draw if something outside our control makes running it fairly impossible. If we do, we say so publicly on this page and email everyone who entered.
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted by automated means are void.
• Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
• These terms are governed by the law of Australia, and its courts have jurisdiction.
