Data Promise

You share what you choose. We read it to build for you. We don't train on it, we don't share it, and we delete whatever you ask us to delete.

Four sentences. Here is what each one commits us to, so you can hold us to it.

You share what you choose

We ask for what we need to build the Business Brain, and we tell you why we are asking. You decide what to hand over. If you would rather keep something back, say so and we work without it. We will tell you honestly if that leaves a gap in what we can build.

We read it to build for you

Your documents, your numbers, and your recordings exist in our hands for one purpose: writing your business down properly and building software from it. Not for research, not for benchmarking you against another client, not for anything you did not ask for.

We don't train on it

Your business does not become training data. Not for our models, not for anyone else's. Where we use third party AI services to do the work, we use configurations that exclude your content from their training. Your Context Layer is yours alone, and nothing about it improves a product we sell to somebody else.

We don't share it

No selling, no swapping, no passing it to partners. The only companies that touch your data are the ones we need to run the service, each under a data processing agreement, and they are all named on the privacy page. If a court ever compelled us to hand something over, we would tell you unless the law forbade it.

We delete whatever you ask us to delete

One email. No retention argument, no exit interview, no clause that makes deletion conditional on settling an invoice first. We delete it and we confirm in writing when it is done.

Two things that come with it

EU-hosted. Your data sits on EU infrastructure, with a signed data agreement in place before we open a single file.

Portable. Cancel and everything goes with you. The layer, the documents, the software. We would rather earn the renewal than lock the door.
